Was exactly what I expected!

Good communication and ease of use. Jessica was very helpful.

It was quick and easy to make the appointment online. Everyone was friendly and the recall was fixed fast.

I brought the GMC Acadia for a noise coming fro the front end! You fixed things on the rear, and still have the noise on the front end!

In and out quickly , however more expensive under new management . Things like tire rotation which was included in oil change is now charged 25.00 . Also oil change cost me about 25.00 more .

Cody and Jessica were great. They answered all my questions and concerns with patience and kindness. The both are very customer oriented and what more could a customer want?

We buy a new 2026 Yukon. No one told us anything about the vehicle (figured it out ourselves). We still have no clue about the GMC app and rewards how that works, no one explained it. Drove off the lot and next day told the wrong rims were on it. So, they took the $6k rims off and put $4k rims on it. Our purchase agreement was all weather mats for whole vehicle, still never received the trunk mat. Also, the car has never been detailed, no one has bothered to call us and asked us to bring it in for detail. I peeled the stickers and scraped the number off windows myself.

Excellent far better than previous , so we leased a new Terrain and our daughter is leasing a new Terrain also , we’re picking ours up Monday December 22nd and believe daughter will pick hers up December 26th

Everyone that works there are friendly and professional at what they do! The waiting area is great too. Coffee and donuts. What more could you ask for!!

Great service but $80 for a oil change is kinda high

Was just a little puzzled why my Battery tested 16% or 20% something and with the cold never had problem starting it

used to be tire rotate was included with oil change now its an extra fee. Should go back to being included with oil change. I realize prices have gone up everywhere but your average person in this area is not going to spend over one hundred dollars for an oil change. People want to feel like they got more bang for there buck .Or if you have to charge make it small minimal amount. And most people would feel okay with that. Just an FYI.

I had a great experience. Graydon and the team worked hard to get me exactly what I needed!

My wasn’t clean from all the dust that came from the repairs.

Explained everything what they had done. And what we needed.

It took 4 times to get the car fixed. Then they ended up putting it under warranty issue. I didn’t Ben have the suburban 24 hours and the check engine light came on. I put over 300 miles on it driving it back and fourth.

The service people were friendly and honest about what needed to be done to correct issues with my vehicle.

Great job. Just a little surprised by the cost.

They had a very comfortable waiting area. There were drinks available and those were complementary. There was a TV to watch. I just needed an oil change and had a recall on the fuel filter.
